This is Harper doing her "Phone Balones" face. She says a babyish form of "Phone Balones" and then makes this face and a semi-plaintive, semi-jokey mmmm sound. Another of her funny jokes.

This is Harper's meta-fake-cry. She knows about crying, and knows that you can fake cry, then she also knows that fake crying is funny, so she does it as a joke. She'll fake cry, making the phony bologna face and then laugh and say 'phone bones'. It's pretty cute and funny.
